Free playbooks · Nothing gated
One message. A whole week.
Three playbooks... the entire method we run for churches, written down. What publishes each day, who every piece is actually for, and the hours it honestly costs if you build it by hand. There's no form at the bottom. Run it yourself if you can — I mean that.
The Multiply Week: Adult
One sermon, seven days. Day one questions, the searchable post, the room where it lands, the lines worth quoting, and the Saturday invitation that always breaks first. The full devotional shape is in here, and so are the real hours.
The Multiply Week: Kids
Four things go out every week, and the handoff to parents runs both directions. What each piece serves, why the family table is the point, and which piece goes quiet first when the week gets short.
The Multiply Week: Youth
How one Wednesday becomes a week students come back to and parents can act on. The recap that isn't a summary, the open loop that brings them back, and the hours nobody protects.
Why these are free
Most people won't run it. The ones who do should have it.
Pastor, I've watched churches buy a strategy deck and never publish a thing... and I've watched a volunteer with a laptop run a better week than an agency. The difference was never the deck. It was whether somebody knew what Tuesday was for.
So it's all here. The method, the shape of every piece, the hours, and the honest list of what falls over first when the week gets tight. If you read it and run it yourself, that's a win and I'd like to hear about it.
And if week three is where it dies... that's the conversation I'd want to have with you. Thirty minutes, no deck.
