These terms cover humbledisruption.com and the tools Humble Disruption LLC ("we," "us") runs for client churches. By using the site or our tools, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.

The website

You're welcome to read, share and link to what's here. The free tools are offered as they are, to help churches. Please don't scrape the site in bulk, try to break it, or pass its content off as your own.

Client tools

We build and operate tools for churches that engage us, such as websites, apps and publishing systems. Each engagement has its own agreement, and that agreement governs if it differs from these terms. The church keeps ownership of its content and its accounts. We act on the church's behalf, only within the access it gives us, and the church can withdraw that access at any time.

HD Publisher and YouTube API Services

HD Publisher is our internal tool for publishing a client church's sermons to the church's own YouTube channel. It uses YouTube API Services. By authorizing HD Publisher to manage a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage the channel, and that you have the rights to the videos, music, images and text we publish for you. You can revoke HD Publisher's access at any time from Google's security settings page, and ask us to delete what we stored, as our privacy policy describes.

No warranty

We work hard to get things right, but the site and tools are provided "as is." Services we depend on, such as YouTube and Google, can change or limit what's possible, and we can't promise any particular result from them.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or tools. For client work, the engagement agreement sets out what each side is responsible for.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change materially, we'll update this page and the effective date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
